Citrus
The genus Citrus includes several species of plants such as lemon, orange, grapefruit, pomelo, mandarin, which we call citrus plants. They belong to the Rutaceae family and are native to Asia and Europe. Citrus fruits are evergreen shrubs or trees with shiny, oval-shaped leaves, and many species have thorns. The flowers are usually white with five petals and are very aromatic, and the fruit is a type of modified berry.
