Spathiphyllum, its leaves are turning yellow and falling off easily
Hello,
My plant seems to have problems – its leaves are turning yellow one by one. It has been a very healthy plant for 4 years, never had any problems. I have changed absolutely nothing in the environment/watering. No visible pests :(. It seems though that when I pick up the dead leaves, they fall apart strangely, as if the side from which they break off is rotting. I’ve only applied a fungicide once (I think Switch, if I’m not mistaken). Can you help me please?Attachments:

Hello. Please send us more photos, focused on the leaves, displaying these symptoms (including the petiole after falling off the plant), so that we can help you with recommendations. Please tell us when you treated the plant (morning, noon, evening), what dose you used and how you did it. A few details about the substrate and fertilizers used (if any) would also be helpful. Also, when you remove the leaves, please tell us if you feel an unpleasant smell and if the removed part feels soft to the touch (mucilaginous).
CrCristina20 November 2023Hello, the detached petiole looks like in the picture. More recently, the whole plant came out when I pulled the completely yellowed leaf. There is no unpleasant smell, even though the detached part is soft around the brown area (not completely mucilaginous). The leaves have turned yellow gradually.
The Switch treatment was applied once, during the day, sprayed on the leaves and more towards the stems and root.
The substrate is CompoSana, I use it on all plants with no problems. No fertilizer (didn’t seem to need it, it was very healthy, growing and flowering).Attachments:

Hello. These symptoms are usually related to high and persistent humidity in the substrate. It is recommended to water moderately (depending on the environmental conditions in the room and the needs of the plant), using a sufficient amount of water, allowing the substrate to dry slightly before watering again. It is also important to check that the drainage holes of the pot are not blocked and after each watering to remove any water left in the tray.
Further, it is recommended to remove the yellowed/affected leaves (as they will not recover) and care for the plant according to its specific requirements: Spathiphyllum, plant care and growing guide.
From spring onwards, in order to provide the plant with the nutrients it needs for healthy growth and development, you can regularly use a special fertilizer for indoor plants, such as: Interior Plants Organic Fertilizer, 350 ml, applied according to the recommendations on the label.-
