Plumeria treatment – insects on leaves
I noticed on a plumeria purchased 4 days ago some small yellow insects that look like worms on the leaves. Can I apply both systemic and contact insecticide?

Hello! I have attached a picture of the pests and a picture of the stem. It looked a bit dehydrated to me yesterday, considering how it looks and I put some water on it, but I see it hasn’t changed. Should I put more?
