Hello. The nature of the spots cannot be accurately established from the attached photos and the information provided, but they are similar to oedema, which occurs as a result of stress caused by various abiotic factors (excessive watering, poor drainage, inadequate air humidity). These patches will be less visible as the newly developed leaf grows. It is not necessary to remove oedematous leaves. Make sure that the drainage holes of the pot are not blocked and that the substrate is dry on the surface before watering. Excessive watering can lead to root and base rot, leaf drop and it can create an imbalance in the plant. When watering you may consider using rainwater (if you have the possibility). If you use tap water, it is recommended to keep it in an open container for at least 24 hours before use.
Additionally, in order to help the plant overcome this period of stress and to stimulate its regeneration, you can consider the regular administration of a foliar fertilizer such as or , as recommended in the product description.
It is also recommended to use a fertilizer with a plant revitalizing effect, such as or , according to the instructions in the product description of your choice.
