Cherry laurel, brown spots, nectaries
My plants come out of their winter rest with brown spots and some kind of lice (you can see it on the leaf in the picture). What is to be done? I planted them two years ago, they were treated last year according to the advice on this forum, with a fungicide, insecticide, and fertilizer. Thank you !

Hello! The symptoms seem to be specific to a fungal disease. In this case, it is recommended to remove all the affected leaves/parts and apply 1-2 treatments with a broad spectrum fungicide such as Amistar, 10 ml (in a dose of 10 ml/10 L water, applied by foliar spraying). It is advisable to prepare a volume of solution corresponding to a single treatment, as the already prepared mixture has a shelf life of no more than 24 hours. Spray (Tech1) the solution as finely as possible so that it is distributed evenly on the plant.
Generally, the optimal temperature range for applying treatments is 12-20°C. (Phytosanitary treatments - environmental and labor protection)
Simultaneously with the foliar treatments, it is recommended to apply by watering at the roots a fertilizer that stimulates healthy growth, increases resistance and supports the plants in overcoming periods of stress, such as AMN Nordalge, 500 ml, as recommended in the product description. Additionally, 10-14 days after completion of the foliar fungicide treatment, a foliar fertilizer that stimulates plant regeneration after certain conditions of stress can be applied, such as Interior Plant Regeneration Ackerschachtelhalm RTU, 500 ml, according to the instructions in the product description.
Regarding the formations on the underside of the leaves, if they do not easily detach with a fingernail, they are most likely extrafloral nectaries.
