Food moths

Food moths, also known as pantry moths enter the home along with infested food. The most obvious signs of infestation are the presence of butterflies. They are found in spaces where there is food, such as the kitchen or pantry. The most common infested foods are cereal products, dried fruit, milk powder, seeds, peanuts, chocolate, dog food, or birdseed. In places where an infestation of food moths has been detected, it is recommended to carry out a thorough cleaning and apply specific treatments, if necessary.
