Thuja, they look dry after planting

Hello. I planted these thuja shrubs on November 3rd and now they look like this. Is this how they should look? They don’t look right to me.
      Thank you.

Hello. Since the symptoms appeared shortly after planting, they were most likely caused by the stress of this operation. In the case of conifers, an important aspect is the way in which the planting was carried out, as it is advisable to plant them with a root ball and a well-developed root system, proportional to the age of the trees and the vegetative part. If the root system is not properly developed or the roots have been severely trimmed before purchase, there is a possibility that after a period of time they may start to dry out irreversibly for no obvious reason. In this case, it is advisable to remove (as far as possible) the dry parts and apply a natural fertilizer that contributes to improving the quality of the soil, supports the healthy development of the roots and increases the plants’ resistance to stress factors, such as AMN BonaVita, 500 ml, applied by watering at the roots. 1-2 treatments can be carried out, 14 days apart. Once the drying symptoms start after planting, the process is often irreversible depending on the health and vigor of the plants, respectively the environmental and care conditions (Thuja, planting guide and care work). In view of the above, the future development of the plants cannot be predicted.
