Ornamental Indoor Plants, Syngonium ‘Milk Confetti’ brown spots on leaves

Hello, for about 2 weeks, suddenly, my Syngonium milk confetti has been doing very badly. It has brown spots that are not crunchy, but rather damp and even the new leaves that grow are in the same situation. The leaves develop these spots, turn yellow and then completely dry one by one. I have tried washing it and spraying it with a special Neem mixture but nothing seems to work. I should mention that I have had the plant for a year since it had only 3 very small leaves and it has developed beautifully without any problems. It has been in the same place since the beginning and I water it regularly. If there are any pests, I can’t figure out what they are and what it should be treated with to get it to recover. Thanks in advance!

Hello, according to the pictures you have added, the symptoms have most probably appeared as a result of a combination of biotic and abiotic factors, such as: low air humidity, a possible lack of fertilization, a substrate that is too wet, a possible bacterial disease, etc. In this case, it is advisable to remove the severely affected leaves, then treat with a fungicide such as Champ 77 WG, 20 g, in a dose of 20 g/10 L water. Spray the solution as finely as possible so that it is distributed evenly on the plant, both on the underside and on the topside of the leaves.
Subsequently, 10-14 days after the end of the fungicide treatment, in order to increase the plant’s resistance to the attack of diseases, it is recommended to regularly apply a fertilizer such as Organic Spray for Indoor Plants Zimmerpflanzen, 500ml. In the future it is recommended to check the drainage holes of the pot and to remove any water from the tray (if necessary). In the future it is recommended to monitor the plants, and if other symptoms appear, please return with details and photos.
