Hello, against aphids it is advisable to carry out 2 treatments, 7 days apart, alternating insecticides such as Deltasap 2.5 EC, 5 ml, in a dose of 5 ml/10 L water and Teppeki, 1.5 g, in a dose of 1.5 g/10 L water. The treatments are applied by spraying (Tech1) as evenly as possible on the plant. It is important to prepare a volume of solution corresponding to a single treatment (respecting the mentioned dosage), because the already prepared mixture does not have a shelf life longer than 24 hours.
Simultaneously with the insecticide treatments, it is recommended to use a fertilizer with a strengthening effect on plants that have suffered from aphid attacks, such as Fertilizer Biostäbchen for Aphid-Prone Plants, 50 g, as recommended in the product description.
In the future, in order to detect the presence of pests (flies, aphids, etc.) in time and to be able to apply a treatment at an early stage of the attack, it is recommended to use adhesive traps such as Butterfly Guard, set of 10.-

CFCristina F27 January 2024Is there a solution that is already prepared in a bottle for such pests?
For the plants on my balcony I need a very small amount of solution and it is almost impossible to prepare it correctly, given the quantities.Thank you.
We do not have in our catalogue a solution against these pests that is already prepared. In this case, you can prepare a smaller volume of solution, respecting the mentioned dilution (for example: 0,5 ml Deltasap / 1 L water), and the ampoule/sachet (implicitly the remaining content) can be kept hermetically sealed in a dry place, away from sunlight and high temperatures.
