Why does my Yucca have brown leaf tips?
Hello,
I’ve owned this yucca for about 3 months now. Initially it was placed in the bedroom next to the window and there was enough light, but it was not exposed to direct sunlight.
The leaves have started to dry out and discolour for about a month now, more exactly since the day has started to shorten and the lighting is no longer so strong (apartment facing N).
The temperature in the room is 21 degrees and the humidity around 60-65%.
Watering of the plant I did initially every week and then I reduced it to about every 2 weeks with about 500ml water.
Now 2 days ago I moved the plant to the balcony where there is a bit more light.
What solution do you recommend to help it?
I am looking forward to your advice.
Thank you!Attachments:

Hello. If you have not noticed any pests or symptoms of disease (leaf spots, deposits, etc.), the most likely cause of the plant’s depreciation is environmental and care factors: insufficient light, inadequate watering, possible draughts, lack of fertilization, etc. Further, it is recommended to maintain constantly the environmental and care conditions of the plant, according to the specific requirements: Yucca, plant care and growing guide. Also, to stimulate microbiological activity in the substrate and revitalize the plant, it is recommended the regular application of an organic fertilizer, such as AMN Verde, 500 ml, by watering, according to the instructions on the product label. Also, in order to stimulate healthy growth, you may consider the foliar application (according to label specifications) of a fertilizer specially formulated for the nutritional requirements of houseplants: Organic Spray for Indoor Plants Zimmerpflanzen, 500ml. Additionally, it is advised to keep an eye on the plant’s growth for a while, and in the case that any other symptoms manifest, we await your message and accompanying images.

Hello, thank you for the information. I am attaching a picture of a spot on one of the leaves…I hope it is not caused by a pest.

The leaf spot in the attached image is not similar to a pest attack. Further, it is recommended to follow the advice and recommendations received above.
