Yucca, the leaves are getting more and more droopy

Hello,
I have a Yucca that looks relatively good, but the leaves at the bottom are drooping more and more and the tips tend to dry out.
I keep it 2 meters from a window and it has partially direct light in the morning and indirect light all day. I water it once a week with 600-700 ml water, and once every 2 weeks I also apply a palm fertilizer. The temperature in winter is between 16-20 degrees and in summer 20-28 degrees.
What solution could I use to help the leaves to recover and rise?

Hello. Indeed, overall, the appearance of the plant is normal, ordinary. In the case of certain varieties of Yucca, the basal leaves may be drooping. However, both basal leaf drooping and drying of the leaf tips can be caused by a complex of abiotic factors, such as low atmospheric humidity, insufficient light (light intensity is low during this period), inadequate substrate humidity, inadequate water quality during watering and others. In this case it is recommended to spray the plant with filtered water and water the plant only when needed, when the substrate is mostly dry. It is advisable to avoid using tap water. You may consider using rainwater (if you can). If you use tap water, it is recommended to keep it in an open container for at least 24 hours before use.
Additionally, to increase the plant’s resistance to stress, support new growth and maintain a healthy appearance, you can consider the regular application of a fertilizer such as Neem Oil Spray Fertilizer, 250 ml, by foliar spraying.
