True bugs on fig tree
Hello, I have had a fig tree in the yard for 3 years, for two days these beetles have appeared on it, which are on the fruit. I don’t know if they are harmful or not, but I need advice and possibly to buy an insecticide. What do you recommend? Thank you very much.

Hello, they seem to be true bugs, they go through certain stages until they reach their characteristic shape. For control (although it is quite difficult given their particularities) you can apply a broad-spectrum insecticide such as Karate Zeon 50 CS, 2 ml , 2 ml / 13 l water. Unfortunately, not being approved for figs, we can not specify a preharvest interval. It varies within the approved cultures and is written on the label.
