Hello. In order to be able to help you with recommendations, please attach some photos of the plant as a whole, i.e. mention how long you have owned the plant, when you transplanted it, when the symptoms of deterioration started, what are the environmental conditions in that area (light, temperatures, draughts, atmospheric humidity), the type of substrate used at transplanting, how much liquid you use for watering, whether the substrate is mostly dry before watering or not, whether the pot has water drainage holes, whether you have applied fertilizers, and any other information that may be relevant in this case.
MaMarina25 February 2024I bought it 2 months ago. 1 month ago I transplanted it. 2 weeks after I purchased the plant, it started drooping from the root down. It is near the window. The temperature is 21 degrees, I use 300 ml of water. Yes, the substrate is dry. I didn’t use any fertilizers!

Hello! The plant’s deterioration can occur as a result of a combination of factors such as: stress during transplanting, lack of proper water drainage, inadequate watering, low air humidity, lack of fertilization, positioning near a heat source (if applicable).
Thus, it is recommended to remove all affected portions and to water moderately, with a sufficient amount of water (to saturate the substrate with liquid), at longer intervals, so that the first 5 cm of the substrate dries before watering again.
It is also important that the pot has drainage holes. If it doesn’t, in spring you can consider transplanting it into a pot with holes.
Afterwards, it is preferable to put the plant in a place away from draughts and heat sources and consider increasing the atmospheric humidity using a humidifier. Another method of increasing humidity is to use a tray with gravel. Fill the tray with gravel and pour enough water over it to cover the gravel. Then place a small saucer over the gravel and place the pot on top of the saucer. The working principle of this method is based on the evaporation of water from the tray.
Also, considering the recent transplanting, to stimulate rooting and for the optimal development of the plant, you can consider using a fertilizer such as AMN BonaVita, 500 ml. This should be applied by watering every two weeks, following the instructions on the label. At the same time as applying AMN BonaVita, 500 ml, by watering, to stimulate a healthy growth, you can also consider applying a fertilizer that is specially formulated for the nutritional requirements of green houseplants, such as Organic Spray for Indoor Plants Zimmerpflanzen, 500ml, by foliar spraying, according to the specifications on the label.
