Oleander, probable infestation with scale insects
I have 2 oleanders. Over the winter they were kept in the stairwell in natural light. For a week now the leaves have been looking like this. I have not applied any treatment to them. I water them once a week.
Please kindly tell me what to do.
Thank you very much!Attachments:

A white web can be seen, the leaves dry out and the stem begins to dry out as well.
They were kept inside in the stairwell in natural light. They have been watered once a week, but in the last period I’ve seen the leaves drying out and on the ground a sort of white web.
What treatment should i apply?
Please help me!Attachments:

Hello, in order to help you with advice and recommendations, please attach photos as clear as possible of the leaves on which the white powder is present and of the pests observed and inform us if there has been any painting work done in the area where the plants were placed. It is also important to check whether the insects observed can easily be detached from the plant and to tell us.
SiSimona7 February 2024Hello..
No painting work has been done in the staircase. No pests can be seen on the leaves just some kind of web and dry leaves falling down – they are dark green and stained with some white. On the other one the leaves are drying out and are pierced. But I haven’t noticed any kind of insect on any of them. I will return with clearer photos though .SiSimona8 February 2024Hello. I’m back with pictures.
At one point I felt that the ground was waterlogged. It was watered by the neighbor too much – the one with dry leaves. Since then I brought it into the house.Attachments:

In this case, you can consider removing all the affected parts and transplanting the plants in a substrate with good water drainage characteristics (Green Plants Professional Substrate, 10 litres). After transplanting it is recommended to use a fertilizer such as AMN BonaVita, 500 ml, which stimulates rooting and plant growth. This fertilizer should be administered by watering, in the dose specified by the manufacturer. Further, it is recommended to take optimal care of the plants (Oleander, plant care and growing guide), to monitor their evolution for a while, and if any other symptoms appear or the ones mentioned above worsen, we are waiting for your message with photos.

I’ve returned to you.
I have replanted the olender in new soil and keep it in the house for monitoring. I pruned what was dry, but some kind of mold appears on the ground.
What can I do to it?Attachments:

Hello. Given the existence of mold on the surface of the substrate and at the base of the stem, it is recommended to change the first few centimeters of substrate with a new one (Green Plants Professional Substrate, 10 litres) and to carry out a treatment with the biological fungicide Dynamic, 100 g, applied by watering, in a dose of 10 g/ 10 L water. Subsequently, proper care of the plant is recommended, according to the information in the above mentioned article.
