Oleander, large scale insects on the stem and leaves
Hello. I received this oleander together with 2 others from Thasos last year. I kept them outside in the yard until the beginning of winter. Then I put them in the attic where the temperature is 16-18 degrees.
I noticed on one of them these lice, I think they are scale insects.
Can you recommend a treatment (if it can still be saved), but please not something very expensive.
Thank youAttachments:

Hello. Indeed, the oleander in the attached pictures seems to be attacked by scale insects (Scale insects in ornamental plants - pest management). To control them, it is recommended to apply treatments with insecticides such as Movento 100 SC, 7.5 ml and Mospilan 20 SG, 3 g, alternately. More precisely, the first treatment is recommended to be carried out with Movento 100 SC, 7.5 ml, in a dose of 7.5 ml/10 L water, and after 7 days a treatment with Mospilan 20 SG, 3 g, in a dose of 3 g/10 L water can be applied. To increase the effectiveness of the insecticides, it is recommended to add an adjuvant such as Break Thru S 240, 2 ml, in a dose of 2 ml/10 L prepared insecticidal solution. Spray the mixtures as finely as possible, so as to achieve an even distribution on the plant, both on the underside and topside of the leaves and on the stem (Tech1). After they die, these pests can remain on the stem and leaves, so it is recommended to remove them with a damp sponge.
Subsequently, 7-10 days after the end of the treatments, in order to support the regeneration of the plants after certain stressful conditions, or if they have suffered from pest attacks, you can consider using a product such as Contra X, 500 ml, as recommended in the product description. From spring onwards, and during the growing season, in order to help the plant form flower buds and to stimulate flowering, you can consider the regular use of a fertilizer that is specially formulated for flowering plants: Flowering Organic Fertilizer, 350 ml or Wuxal Flowers Fertilizer Blütenpracht, 1 litre, applied according to the recommendations on the labels. More details on the care of this plant can be found in the following article: Oleander, plant care and growing guide.-

Can I apply the treatments to the other 2 plants that don’t seem to be attacked by the scale insects? As well as on a palm tree that is not attacked either, but from my calculations I will have a lot of solution left.
Thank you very muchThe prepared solutions can also be applied to other ornamental plants. You may consider making a smaller volume of solution, whilst respecting the mentioned dosage. The prepared mixture has a shelf life of no more than 24 hours.
