I’ve had this mango plant for a year and a half, grown from scratch (a mango bought from the supermarket, eaten, seeds removed etc). For about 2-3 months these spots have appeared on the leaves. I bought some soil that is suitable for mangoes, recommended here, an I applied some AMN Verde fertilizer, once every 2-3 weeks. Last week I also sprayed with some bio-blend recommended here. The plant didn’t sit in the sun that day, otherwise it sits on the windowsill.
I don’t know what else to do to it so that I don’t lose it. I cut the leaves that are affected, but I can see that the new ones are the same way. The plant is growing, it still has new leaves, but the leaves get stained like this and then wrinkle and dry out. I water every 2-3 days with chlorine-free water (not tap water, sometimes even with rainwater). I would appreciate some advice please. Thanks
Hello, the nature of the illness cannot be precisely determined, but the plant seems to show symptoms specific to a bacterial or fungal disease. Our recommendations for the treatments that can be applied in this case are described in a similar topic in the Armuro Community: https://www.armuro.com/en/forums/about/mango-spots-on-leaves/.
