Lilac – why are the leaves starting to curl?
Hello! I bought some 3-year-old lilac from someone and in the spring they bloomed beautifully but the leaves have a strange appearance, they are curled as in the pictures. Small lesions can be seen on the stem. I treated it with mospilan oil in the spring. Can you help me identify the problem and the possible treatment? Thanks!

Hello. In order to help you with a recommendation, please provide us with more information about the lilac: where is it located, what are the environmental conditions (light, temperature, humidity)? When did the symptoms start, exactly? Have you used any herbicides near that area (or your neighbors)? Is there a pest on the plant (check the underside of the leaves carefully)?

Hello! I really did apply herbicide nearby… I think the mystery is solved. Thanks! A beautiful day!

In this case, in order to stimulate the recovery of the leaves and to help the plant to overcome the herbicide injury, it is recommended to apply a fertilizer such Terra-Sorb Foliar, 100 ml, in a dose of 25 ml / 10 l water. 2-3 treatments can be applied, by foliar spraying, at an interval of 10-14 days.
