Fir tree, drying after planting
I planted the tree in the picture in November. At the end of December it looked like in the pictures. What can we do to avoid losing it? Thank you!

Hello, since the symptoms appeared shortly after planting, they were most likely caused by the stress suffered after this operation. In the case of conifers, an important aspect is the way in which the planting was carried out, as it is advisable to plant conifers with a root ball and a well developed root system, in proportion to the age of the tree and the vegetative part, so that the success of the planting will be observed at the beginning of spring, when the conifer starts growing. Since coniferous plants are in a period of relative dormancy (the roots are not very active and the plants do not absorb nutrients from the soil), starting in spring, in order to stimulate the development of the root system, it is recommended to use a fertilizer such as Root Stimulator Manna Wurzelforte, 1 litre. It is applied during the growing season of the plants, as described in the product description.
