Lilies

Lilies belong to the genus Lilium, which includes up to 100 species of flowering plants, originating from Asia, Europe and North America. Lilies are perennial plants, with a straight stem, with heights between 60 and 180 cm, depending on the species. It forms scaly bulbs in the soil. The leaves are long, lanceolate, green, and the flowers are large, variously colored and intensely or discreetly fragrant.
