Leaf Parsley

Leaf parsley is a biennial plant, in the first year it develops a rosette of leaves and in the second year, the flower stalk appears. It has a branched root and the leaves can be smooth or embossed, depending on the variety. Leaf parsley is used for flavouring food, both fresh and dehydrated. After drying and harvesting, the seeds can also be used. For medicinal purposes, parsley is used against diseases of the kidneys, liver, etc.
