Treatments against cockroaches and weevils
So, I started to have beetles of this type around the edge of the parquet and wall. I bought some cacti recently, could this be related? I mention that there are 2 different types of cockroaches, but they appear together. I’ve tried with commercially available products but also some gel at the recommendation of the internet :)) still doesn’t seem to get rid of them. Any ideas? Thanks in advance

Hello, in the first picture it seems to be a german cockroach, and in the second a weevil. In this case, it is advisable to first do a mechanical treatment by vacuuming, insisting on the areas where they are present, as well as those where they can hide. In order to get rid of them, it is indicated to apply a broad spectrum insecticide such as i2 AMP2 CL RTU, 1 litre, applied on all surfaces, according to the label specifications. Since the mentioned product is a contact insecticide, it only has a direct effect on the cockroaches that cross the treated area, so they will continue to appear. In this case, as a long-term solution, an insecticidal gel such as i21.5 Premise Gel, 20 g can be applied, according to the label recommendations.
