Strelitzia – black spots on leaves
Hello. I am asking for your advice as I have saved other plants with your help. I recently got this Strelitzia and it has leaves like this.
I must specify that it’s only been with me for a week, the water doesn’t puddle in the pot, has enough light, and the air is quite dry (but I spray it daily with filtered water). Can you tell me why the leaves look like that? If this is normal? And possibly what solutions I could use in the winter time? Thanks a lot!Attachments:

Hello. In order to help you with a recommendation, please give us more information about the plant: how often do you water it and how much water (approximately) do you use per watering? What are the temperatures in the room? Does the pot have drainage holes? Has the plant shown these symptoms since its purchase? Have you carried out treatments or administered fertilizers? Has the plant been repotted? Are pests present (check carefully)?
In addition, please attach some relevant photos of the plant as a whole.-

This is the first time I’ve watered it (the substrate was quite wet when I got it), it sits in light (not direct), the lowest temperature is 18 degrees, humidity somewhere around 30-34, that’s why I spray it daily, only with filtered water. The pot has drainage holes, it has not been repotted. I haven’t put fertilizer or treatments (I’m waiting for your advice). I am attaching pictures of it complete when put on hydrate, to draw how much water it needs. I don’t notice any pests.

These symptoms may be caused by environmental/care conditions or by a disease. In this case, it is recommended to remove the heavily affected leaves, and for safety, you can apply one treatment with a broad spectrum fungicide such as Amistar, 10 ml, in a dose of 10 ml/10 L water, applied by spraying (Tech1) uniformly on the plant, on the upper and lower part of the leaves.
Then, 10-12 days after the fungicide treatment, you can consider the foliar application of a fertilizer that stimulates plant regeneration after certain stress conditions: Organic Spray for Indoor Plants Zimmerpflanzen, 500ml, directly by spraying, according to the label recommendations.
It is further recommended to follow the general care conditions (Strelitzia, plant care and growing guide) and to monitor the plant’s development for a while. In case other symptoms appear, we are waiting for your message accompanied by photos.-
