Rats in the toilet’s drain
I live on the ground floor and one evening I noticed that a rat was trying to gnaw and escape from the inside of the toilet’s connection. With me in the bathroom I could already see his nose. I flushed and he left. What solutions do you recommend to prevent him from coming back? Many have told me to buy a metal pipe so that it can’t pass through the toilet drain.

Hello. Getting rid of it is quite difficult, and prevention methods are almost non-existent. For starters, the toilet’s connection can indeed be replaced with a metal one. It is also recommended to carry out a rodent control treatment in the whole building. In the bathroom, if it manages to come inside, mechanical traps can be mounted, such as t30 Catch’em or Victor Rat M326 Pro.
