3 Wish green leaves

I have this plant, which has started to wither, and I have only just now noticed these white things on the leaves.

How can I get rid of them?

Until they appeared, it grew very fast, and was doing very well 😔

Hello! From the attached photos and the information provided, it is most likely a mealybug attack (Mealybugs in ornamental plants - pest management). This is accompanied by a possible bacteriosis that caused the brown spots, so it is very important to cut off the severely affected leaves. Against the mealybugs you can carry out 2 treatments, at 7 days intervals, alternating 2 insecticides such as: Mavrik 2 F, 5 ml, in a dose of 5 ml/10 L water and Movento 100 SC, 7.5 ml, in a dose of 7.5 ml/10 L water. To increase the effectiveness of the insecticides, it is advisable to add an adjuvant such as Break Thru S 240, 2 ml, in a dose of 2 ml/10 L to the solutions. Spray the mixtures as evenly as possible on the plants in the premises, on the topside and underside of the leaves, on the branches and on the stem. Also, after they die, these pests can remain on the stem and leaves, so it is recommended to remove them with a damp cloth.
For the bacteriosis you can consider 1-2 treatments with a fungicide approved for ornamental plants, such as Champ 77 WG, 20 g. The fungicide treatment should be carried out 10 days after the insecticide treatment has been completed. Dissolve 20 g in 10 liters of water and spray the resulting solution on the leaves. It is important to prepare a volume of solution corresponding to a single treatment (respecting the mentioned dosage), because the already prepared mixture does not have a shelf life longer than 24 hours. The treatments can be carried out every 7 days.
Afterwards, 10-12 days after completion of the phytosanitary treatments, it is recommended to use a maintenance product: Contra X, 500 ml, applied directly by spraying. It supports the regeneration of plants after certain conditions of stress, or if they have suffered from pest attacks.
Additionally, in order to support the regeneration of the plant after the attack, it is important to administer a special fertilizer that stimulates the healthy growth of plants after stress: Vital NT, 250 ml. As this fertilizer can also be applied by watering, you can use it in conjunction with the fungicide treatments.
