Pear tree – treatment against aphids on leaves

I have a lot of insects on my pear tree leaves …and my question is: what to spray to get rid of them!
I have sprayed my apple orchard with THIOVIT JET 80 WG ..CHORUS 50 ..MAVRIC 2 F ..and they only had a 60% effect on the apple trees.
The photos are leaves of a pear tree full of insects!

Hello, aphids are present on the leaves. Thus, considering that you have carried out a treatment with Mavrik 2 F, 5 ml, 7 days after application, it is recommended to apply 1-2 treatments, at 7-10 days apart, with an insecticide such as Deltasap 2.5 EC, 5 ml. It is dissolved in water according to label recommendations and applied by foliar spray. Afterward, 10-12 days after the treatments end, it is recommended to regularly administer a fertilizer such as AMN Fusek, 500 ml. It strengthens plants, increases their resistance to attack by plant pathogens, and keeps pests at bay. The fertilizer is applied throughout the growing season, by foliar spraying, at a dose of 100 ml/10 L water.
At the same time, in order to detect the presence of pests in time and to be able to apply a treatment at an early stage of the attack, it is recommended to use an adhesive trap such as Interior & Garden Insect Trap.
In addition, it is recommended the use of a fertilizer such as Tree Power Plus Baum, 1 kg. It helps prevent microelement deficiencies, improves fruit yield and taste and supports plant resistance to stress factors. It is administered 1-2 times per season to all fruit trees.
