Hello, the symptoms that can be observed on the leaves in the pictures you uploaded are similar to pear rust, caused by the fungus Gymnosporangium sabinae – infections with this fungus in autumn lead to the appearance of these formations (growths) on the underside of the leaves. It is recommended to remove, as far as possible, the leaves with the observed symptoms and to destroy them. Also, if you have junipers, it is recommended to check if similar symptoms can be found on them, as the first phase of development occurs on intermediate hosts (junipers). For the time being, it is recommended to treat the plant with a fungicide such as Dagonis, 15 ml, in a dose of 15 ml per 10 L water.
It is important to prepare a volume of solution corresponding to a single treatment, respecting the mentioned dosage, because the already prepared mixture does not have a shelf life longer than 24 hours. Spray the solution as finely and evenly as possible on the plant, so that it covers the entire tree. If fruits are present, it is recommended to harvest them before treatment. After the leaves have fallen, it is recommended to carry out specific treatments during the dormancy period (Winter treatments with oils and copper-based products), and from spring onwards, when the plant starts growing, it is advisable to carry out preventive treatments, in accordance with the phenotype.
