1 Wish green leaves
Onion, rusty spots on the leaves
Hello,
I have several similar species (onion, ornamental onion, garlic, leek)
I noticed these spots on the leaves.
How can I get rid of this problem?

Hello. In order to help you with a recommendation, please attach photos of the other plant species that show similar symptoms to those in the photos above.
So far, the spots have appeared only on the edible onion (the small leaves in the photo) and on the ornamental onion (the large leaf in the photo).
The symptoms are similar to those caused by rust. In the case of this disease, it is recommended to remove the affected parts and to carry out 1-2 treatments, 7 days apart, with a fungicide such as Ortiva Top, 10 ml, in a dose of 10 ml/10 L water. To increase the effectiveness of the fungicide, it is important to add an adjuvant such as Break Thru S 240, 2 ml, in a dose of 2 ml/10 L to the solution (water + fungicide). Spray the mixture as evenly as possible on the leaves. It is important to prepare a volume of solution corresponding to a single treatment (respecting the mentioned dosage), because the already prepared mixture does not have a shelf life longer than 24 hours. It is also advisable to respect the break time between the last treatment and the time of consumption (if applicable), mentioned on the label.
At the same time, in order to provide the necessary nutrients for a proper growth and development, you can opt for a fertilizer such as Manna Bio Gemusedunger Fertilizer, 1 kg, by incorporation into the soil, according to the recommendations on the label.
It is still recommended to monitor the crop for a while and if other symptoms appear, please send a message with photos.-
