  My wife was bitten on the finger last night by the creature in the attached picture. We moved for about 2 weeks in an apartment by the sea and last night’s encounter is the first of its kind and we would like it to be the last…
  
  I want to mention that my wife is pregnant, therefore we need a non-toxic solution to get rid of it.

  The pest in the picture is a myriapod from the Chilopod class. It releases venom when it bites, but it does not endanger the human life, even if the bite is painful. It prefers humid and shaded spaces in your home, so it is advisable to reduce the number of these places. An insecticide such as Cytrol Forte WP, 20 g, in a dose of 10 g / 5 L of water, can be sprayed. After application, the house must remain closed for a period of 4-6 hours. Next, you can enter, air the rooms very well for 30-60 minutes, and after that your pregnant wife can come inside without any problems.
