Jasmine pests treatment
Hello, i have a jasmine that has pests. Initially, i thought it was dust (it looks like cat hair) but then the pests expanded. I don't know how to take care of the plants at all… So i have no idea what to buy to get rid of pests. Please, can you help me with a recommendation? Thank you 🙂

The plant seems to be attacked by mites, in photo number three (if you zoom it), you can also see the fine spider web. For control, it is recommended to carry out treatments with sanmite ( Sanmite 10 SC, 15 ml ), 15 ml / 10 l water or milbeknock ( Milbeknock EC, 7.5 ml ), 7. 5 ml / 10 l water. Spray the solution as finely as possible, so as to achieve a more uniform distribution of it on the plant, both on the lower and on the upper part of the leaves. Also, before applying the treatments, you can carefully wash the leaves with water (to remove some of them as well as some of their eggs), let them dry, then you can perform the treatment. More information is presented in the following article: Mites in ornamental plants - pest management. Also, a few days after the treatments, it is recommended to apply a fertilizer to help the plant regenerate, such as biplantole contra x ( Biplantol Contra X, 500 ml ).

They seem to be myriapods. They prefer high humidity and usually feed on decaying plant matter (rotten roots, dead leaves). They do not usually attack the plant, unless they are in very large numbers. In this case, it would be advisable to reduce watering a little, letting the soil dry between waterings. As humidity decreases, the myriapod population should decrease too.
