1 Wish green leaves

Dracaena, leaves with dry tips

Environmental conditions: the plant is by an east-facing window, the temperature is a constant 21-22 degrees, humidity about 40-45%, the substrate is the original one, but it was transplanted after the purchase. I also added some soil for palm trees and green plants. I water it once a week with approx 750 ml water. I spray water on the leaves once every 4-5 days. The water comes from a reverse osmosis remineralization filter. We drink it too.
The plant was purchased from Verdena on 15 November 2023. About 2 weeks after that the leaf tips started to dry out. I cut off the dried parts of the tips at first. What you see in the pictures appeared the 2nd time after I trimmed them. I applied one treatment with Vital NR to the plant on January 16, 2024. Please give me some advice on how to stop the leaves from drying out. Thank you.

Hello. Most likely the drying of the leaf tips was caused by low atmospheric humidity, as this species loves moisture. Cutting off portions of the leaves puts additional stress on the plant, so the wilting spreads to the whole leaf after cutting. In this case, it is recommended to increase the atmospheric humidity by spraying the plant with water (using a sprayer such as Tech1), by placing containers of water near the plant or by using a humidifier and continuing to administer Vital NT, 250 ml, according to the information on the product label. It is important to know that the beneficial effects of fertilizers are not immediately noticeable on the plants, as their action takes place over time.
