Chestnut – slow growth

Hello. I planted this chestnut 2 years ago. In the first year, it started in vegetation just like this year after which the leaves turned brown (I sprayed for pests) and slowly began to dry certain branches, but I cut them. This year its leaves have a slow growth compared to other chestnuts in the area, at the moment it has no pests (or at least I don’t see them), instead, it shows signs of suffering the same thing as last year! I wanted to use amn natural activ bio and probably a specific substance for pests, and 3 weeks ago I applied 100g of Osmocote fertilizer. I would like to know if it is correct what I want to do or if you have other advice for me I would be grateful. Thank you.

Hello, considering that you have already administered a slow-release granular fertilizer, it is advisable to apply a natural fertilizer such as AMN BonaVita, 500 ml. Dilute 50 ml / 10 l of water and apply by watering. It is advisable to loosen the soil at its base before application. It is recommended to apply 3-4 treatments, at intervals of 10-14 days. Foliar, during growing season, in order to increase its resistance to the attack of phytopathogenic agents and to keep the pests at a distance, it is indicated the regular administration of a fertilizer such as AMN Fusek, 500 ml , in a dose of 100 ml / 10 l water. Also, for monitoring, an adhesive trap can be placed such as the Interior & Garden Insect Trap. Pests are attracted to the color of the paper and stick to the special adhesive. Thus, you will be able to detect a possible attack in time and specific measures can be taken, with the appropriate insecticide, depending on the pest present.
