Hello, please attach more photos, both with the upper and lower part of the leaves. Also, please tell us more about the symptoms present. When did they appear, exactly? Can you observe any pests? What temperature/humidity is maintained in that room? Where is the plant located?

The symptoms have 1 year (those white spots and their blackening) but the leaves fell very rarely. Now they started 1 month since I brought the plant inside (the leaves falling). Temperature 22-23 degrees. 30% humidity place in the house next to a window

Usually, blackening of camellia leaves can occur due to abiotic stress caused by: poor drainage of the soil, irregular watering, fertilization, sunburn, etc. Since you mentioned that these symptoms are common for 1 year, it is very important for a healthy growth to comply with the specific care requirements, also presented in the following article: Camellia, plant care and growing guide. It is advisable to change its position and place it in a place where it can still benefit from light, but at a greater distance from the radiator. As the symptoms in the first photo are specific to mites, preventively, it is recommended to apply an insecticide treatment such as Vertimec 1.8 EC, 10 ml. Spray the solution as finely as possible, so as to achieve a more uniform distribution on the plant. Also, in order to support the plant regeneration, it is important to apply a special fertilizer that improves the healthy growth following a stress: Biplantol Vital NT, 250 ml.
