Hello! In order to be able to help you with a recommendation, please give us more information about the care of the plant (watering, humidity, temperature), whether or not any treatments have been carried out, if you applied fertilizers and any other details that may be relevant. Also, please tell us if the deposits on the leaves can be easily removed with a damp cloth and if thin webs or pests (insects) can be observed.
DaDan25 February 2024Hello,
The plants are watered every 2 weeks. In the summer they are taken out on the balcony and in the winter they are placed inside in front of the windows. The stains appeared last summer in August. The apartment is near the sea.Only based on the photos and information provided, it is not possible to identify the exact cause of the deterioration. In this case, it is recommended to remove the severely affected leaves (using a sharp and disinfected tool) and preventively, you may consider carrying out a treatment with a broad-spectrum fungicide such as Amistar, 10 ml. This is dissolved 10 ml/10 L water and applied by foliar spraying.
The treatment should be accompanied by an adjuvant such as Break Thru S 240, 2 ml, in a dose of 2ml/10L, as it increases the dispersion of the droplets on the surfaces and thus increases the wetting of the plant with protective agents. It is also necessary to adjust the frequency of watering. Watering should be done moderately, using a sufficient amount of water while allowing the substrate to dry thoroughly before watering again.
Furthermore, in order to ensure the necessary nutrients, it is recommended to regularly administer, according to the label recommendations, a fertilizer that is specially formulated for the requirements of succulents: Kakteendunger Bonsai & Cacti Fertilizer, 250 ml.-
