Anise hyssop

Agastache foeniculum, popularly known as anise hyssop, is a species of perennial plant (cultivated as an annual), belonging to the genus Agastache, family Lamiaceae. It is widely cultivated for beekeeping purposes, especially in North America, and aniseed hyssop honey is highly prized. In addition, several parts of the aniseed nettle are used in various drinks and culinary preparations or for medicinal purposes.
