Why is my Hoya australis dropping leaves?
The hoya has been losing its leaves for several months. They turn yellow and fall off and the new growth withers immediately.
It has lost 75% of all leaves.
Recently I noticed that the hoya Patricia is losing leaves too. The last picture is of her.Attachments:

Hello. In order to help you with a recommendation, please give us more information about the plants: where are they located, and what are the environmental conditions (light, temperature, humidity)? How often do you water them and how much water do you use per watering? Do the pots have drainage holes? When exactly did the symptoms start? Have you carried out any treatments or administered fertilizers? Are there any pests on the plants (check carefully) or symptoms of disease (spots, deposits, holes, etc.)?

Hoya Patricia, the little one is on the windowsill with 20 others. It has natural light, warmth and is watered when its substrate dries out – e.g. 10,14 days now in winter. Hoya Australis is down on the floor next to a hoya carnosa, close to a large window. This hoya lost leaves in the summer too, when it was sitting outside. But the rate of regeneration was faster than the rate of leaf loss.
Yesterday I sprayed them with Mopsilan. On the 1st of December I watered them with Vertimec.
On the hoya Patricia I found fleas 2 days ago. Hoya Australis seems to be eaten by something, but nothing that can be seen with the naked eye. In the picture are former new growths that have dried out. And one picture shows the leaves turning yellow and dying every day.Attachments:

These symptoms can be caused by both abiotic and/or biotic factors: inadequate watering, inadequate temperature, nutrient deficiencies, pest attack, possibly a disease, etc.
In this case, if no pests are observed, it is recommended to remove the affected leaves and apply one treatment with a fungicide such as Champ 77 WG, 20 g, 20 g/10 L water, sprayed (Tech1) on the leaves.
Then, 10-12 days after treatment, you can consider the foliar application of a fertilizer that stimulates plant regeneration after certain stress conditions: Organic Spray for Indoor Plants Zimmerpflanzen, 500ml, directly by spraying, as recommended on the label.
In addition, it is recommended to follow the general care conditions (Hoya, plant care and growing guide) and to monitor the development of the plants for a while. In case other symptoms appear or pests are observed, we are waiting for your message accompanied by photos.-
