What is the best fertilizer for Habanero peppers?

Hello, I planted a month ago Red habanero and in the last 2 weeks has grown very much and very fast, but I see that the mold appears on the ground. I attach pictures, what should I do to stop it and get rid of it. Please can you also recommend a fertilizer (not something very chemical, please) to use for them and if you can tell me from when I can apply it and in what quantity.

Hello, mold forms and spreads in conditions of high atmospheric humidity and insufficient ventilation. As regards the removal of mold from the surface of the potting mix, there are no substances in our product catalog to eliminate this type of mold (and we have no information about the existence on the market of products that act in this way). Usually, in the case of potted plants, against mold can be taken measures such as partial replacement of the potting mix and watering at longer intervals (allowing the substrate to dry slightly between two waterings), placing the plants in a drier, ventilated place, etc. Also, because the pepper is in the seedlings stage, in order to support root development and increase resistance to stress factors, it is recommended to use a fertilizer such as AMN BonaVita, 500 ml. This is administered by watering (3 ml/1 L water) and 2-3 treatments can be carried out at 10-14 day intervals, according to the instructions on the product label. Subsequently, after repotting (Universal Substrate Promo Garden, 20 litres) the peppers into pots, it is advisable to follow the advice mentioned above to prevent the appearance of mold.
