What insect is this from my kitchen?
Hello! Can you help me identify this insect? They invaded my apartment, are quite strong when I try to crush them and prefer foods with a fairly high degree of humidity. I usually find them in bread and apples. What can I do to control them? Thanks so much for the help

Hello. Against pests that infest and develop in areas with food, you can apply a broad-spectrum insecticide, such as K-Othrine SC 7.5 Flow, 25 ml, in a dose of 25 ml / 0.75 L water. The solution obtained is usable for 24 hours, so it is not recommended to store it for longer. The application will be done through spraying, on all the surfaces on which the insects can be found, and the treatment will be repeated every 7-10 days, until you no longer notice the presence of these pests. This is a contact insecticide, so the insects must cross the sprayed surface to take effect.
At the time of application, as well as in the next 4-6 hours, children and pets must stay away from the treated area.It is also recommended to carefully inspect all foods and eliminate them if they are infested. Uninfested food is sealed. It is advisable to vacuum very well the areas where the pests are present first, as well as those where they can hide. After that, you can apply the insecticide.
