What are these insects in my couch?

Hello. For a few weeks now I have discovered many insects on the couch that I would like you to help me identify. I attached pictures with them – they are quite small, they have hairs on their body, some are black, others have white / brown rings. In some pictures they don’t look very hairy anymore, because they can be crushed very easily, if I touch them. The insects are very light and do not have a strong body and are moved by any breeze. I found them predominantly inside the sofa and under it and very rarely come out in the open / light. Do you know how to get rid of them permanently? Can they spread to areas other than the couch? Thanks

Hello. They look like the larvae of a pest called Carpet Beetle (Anthrenus spp). It is recommended to apply a contact insecticide such as K-Othrine WG 250, 20 g, in a dose of 10 g/10 l water. To have the desired effect, they must cross the area on which it was applied. Keep children and pets away from the treated space, at the time of application as well as in the next 4-6 hours. Also, check the textiles (clothes, carpets, etc.) you have in the room and wash them at a higher temperatures. Controlling is more difficult, due to the various places where the larvae can be found, so check everything carefully.
