The olive tree is losing its leaves

      Hello,
I’m writing this after reading on the internet about how I should care for an olive tree and what diseases might attack it, but with all this information I still can’t figure out what might be bothering it.
I bought a special lamp, so he has enough light (I’m thinking of getting another light bulb), I spray him monthly with neem oil, so he doesn’t get infested by bugs (he has occasionally some mealybugs on it, but very few and I’ll buy a treatment for that too), I move it away from the window so it doesn’t have temperature fluctuations, I try to water it regularly (not too much so the roots don’t rot) and besides I know it’s normal for some leaves to fall off, but more and more are starting to drop and I don’t want to lose it completely.
I should mention that I have over 30 plants in my apartment and I like to take care of them and make them comfortable. So the general information about perforated pots, good soil for the type of plant and normal care conditions I can say I know, but all in all, I surrender to the olive tree.
      Thanks

Hello. Leaf drop in olive trees can be related to environmental and care factors (abiotic factors), such as: inadequate watering (too much or too little water), insufficient natural light, temperature fluctuations (even slight fluctuations can cause stress), root diseases, nutrient deficiencies, moving the pot from one place to another, but also with biotic factors: a possible pest attack (mealybugs), various phytopathogenic diseases, etc.
If at this time no more pests can be observed on the plant or any symptoms of disease (spots, holes, deposits, etc.), then it is recommended to water the plant moderately, so that the substrate dries slightly before watering again (do not let the substrate dry out completely), place it in a well-lit spot, and keep the temperature constant (about 20°C). For more information and tips on caring for these species, you can read our article: Olive, plant care and growing guide. Additionally it is recommended to use a natural fertilizer that helps to improve the quality of the substrate, supports root development and increases the plant’s resistance to stress factors, such as AMN BonaVita, 500 ml. It can be administered by watering, in a dose of 1-5 ml/1 L water. It is recommended to carry out 3-4 treatments at 10-14 day intervals.
