Pest Control, identifying these insects on my walls

Good evening! For some time now I’ve been seeing these little bugs on the walls of my house. They are like little black dots on the wall, and some of them even have wings, but they are very tiny… (I couldn’t take a picture of them ). What you can see in the picture is taken with the camera on zoom.
How can I get rid of them? Are they German cockroaches?
Why do I find them in the bedrooms???
I work in a place where there are cockroaches but they are big and I can’t tell the difference between them and these which are very small.

Hello! According to the morphological aspect and the area where the insects were found, you are dealing with several types of pests. Most likely the pests you noticed are tobacco beetles (How to get rid of Tobacco Pests) and a species of the order Neuroptera, genus Chrysopa (these are not harmful to humans and there is a possibility they may have appeared if you have plants indoors).

In the case of tobacco beetles, if they can be found in the kitchen, it is recommended to carefully inspect all food and dispose of it if insects are found, and to also seal uninfested food. If they are found in other areas, it is advisable to first vacuum thoroughly, insisting on the areas where they are present as well as those where they can hide. The occurrence of these pests in other rooms can be influenced by heat, humidity and the presence of food scraps or other food sources such as crumbs. To control these insects, it is recommended to apply a broad spectrum product (e.g. i2 AMP2 CL RTU, 1 litre, i2.6 Universal RTU, 500 ml or i05 Pytrelina, 1 litre) according to the recommendations on the label, depending on the chosen product.

If the level of infestation is high, aerosol insecticides such as Ghilotina i135 PermFum Mini, 3.5 g or i7.2 Dobol Fumigator, 10 g can be used after spraying. The particles released will irritate adult insects and cause them to leave their hiding places and come into contact with the solution applied initially.

Before using the insecticide, it is recommended to close the doors, windows and furniture so that the substances can penetrate all the cracks. All the food should be removed from the space to be treated. Depending on the product used, it should be left to act for several hours, during which time the room should be closed according to the specifications on the label.

Additionally, in the future, for monitoring and trapping various insects, you can also consider using a regular trap such as 100i Insect Monitors, 3 pieces or 288i, 3 pieces. These traps do not have a specific attractant included, so the insects can only be caught if they come into contact with the adhesive surface.
