Hello. I’ve had a passiflora for some time. I have changed the substrate, watered it regularly, and now it has grown as in the attached pictures. My question is if I can cut the main stem, maybe I get some ramifications. Or leave it until spring when pruning is normally done? Thanks
Hello, in general, in the passifloras’ case, the optimal time for pruning is spring. For more detailed information, please see the following article: Passiflora, plant care and growing guide. At the same time, in order to stimulate growth, it is recommended to periodically apply a fertilizer specially formulated for the nutritional requirements of houseplants, such as Interior Plants Organic Fertilizer, 350 ml.
