Lavender, small pests like fleas and webs (mite attack)
Hello
Could you please tell me what treatment to use in the following situation: I have a lavender plant on my balcony that is covered with some black dots, as you can see in the picture.
Another lavender has already dried out, I don’t know if it is because of these “fleas” or for other reasons. Therefore, I have a second question: can we still save this withered lavender? Thank youAttachments:

I should mention that on the leaves there are also tiny webs that look like spider webs

Hello. According to the description given and the attached photos, the lavender seems to be affected by a mite attack (Mites in ornamental plants - pest management). First of all, it is recommended to remove the leaves and parts of the plant that are heavily affected. Then, to control the pests, it is recommended to carry out 1-2 treatments with Nissorun 10 WP, 5 g, in a dose of 8 g/10 L water, respectively Vertimec 1.8 EC, 10 ml, in a dose of 5 ml/10 L water, at an interval of 7-10 days between the two treatments (the second treatment is applied only if necessary). Spray the solutions as finely as possible so as to achieve a more even distribution on the plant (Tech1).
The future evolution of the plant depends on many biotic and abiotic factors, and so it is not possible to say exactly whether the plant will regenerate and whether it will form buds in spring or not. In the future, if you notice any other symptoms, it is recommended to consult specialists at the first signs of disease.
