Ilex Aquifolium Argentea Marginata with scale insects

Hello, I noticed these pests on the branches and leaves of the bush. I have no idea what the disease is (if any) and how it is treated. I have 3 such trees, one is in the shade 90% of the day, another in the sun 70-80%, and the third maximum half day in the sun. I water them for a maximum of 2 days, I usually spray them on the leaves, not just at the base. All three have this problem, but the one in the shadows is the least affected.

Hello, on the leaves are present the nymphs of a scale insect. In this case, it is advisable to carry out treatments with insecticides such as Mospilan 20 SG, 3 g, 3 g / 10 L water or Movento 100 SC, 7.5 ml, in a dose of 7.5 ml / 10 L water. You can perform two treatments every 5-7 days, as well as alternating products. For example, if you are having your first treatment with Mospilan, you can do the next treatment with Movento, 5-7 days after the first one. To increase the effectiveness of insecticides, it is recommended to add to the spray solution an adjuvant such as Break Thru S 240, 2 ml in a dose of 2 ml / 10 L water. Spray the solution as finely as possible so as to distribute it as evenly as possible on the plant, both on the underside and on the upperside of the leaves, as well as on the stems. After they die, these pests remain on the stem and leaves, so it is recommended to remove them with a damp sponge. Also, 10-14 days after the treatments, it is indicated to apply fertilizer to help regenerate the plant, such as Biplantol Vital NT, 250 ml, applied foliar by spraying, in a dose of 20 ml / 1 l of water. Foliar applications can be repeated in about two weeks in the spring-autumn period.
