Hello. It is possible that the frequent watering may have caused the leaves to dry out. Gloxinia prefers a lightly moist substrate, but watering every 2 days could create an environment that is too wet for the plant at the root level. You can try watering it by immersing it in a pot of water, allowing the plant to absorb the required amount of water. To help the plant in stressful conditions (drought, high humidity), you can also regularly apply a fertilizer: Organic Fertilizer for Balcony and Terrace Flowers, 350 ml.
