Euphorbia candelabrum yellowing
Hello, can you please help me with some information? My cactus of about 2 weeks has started to turn yellow at the base and the "leaves" are very very soft, if they were not tied, they would all fall down. What can i do?

Hello, please check and tell us if it seems rotten to the touch. If it’s not, and has only changed color, to help it regenerate is advisable to apply a specific fertilizer for cacti, such as hauert ( Cactus, 250 ml ). However, the affected portions will not return to their original color. Also, pay attention to the volume of water administered. Also, check that the pot has drainage holes. More information about care is presented in the following articles: Succulents, plant care and growing guide and Cactus, plant care and growing guide.

To the touch, i wouldn't say it's rotten, but that yellow color seems to extend to the top of the cactus, and the pot has drainage holes. Those "leaves" or as i call them are very soft and fragile… I will try with that fertilizer, as you said, hopefully it will recover. And we will certainly pay more attention to the amount of water administered. Thank you!
