Hello, from the attached images, indeed, the plant seems to be attacked by mealybugs. It is recommended to carry out treatments with: Movento 100 SC, 7.5 ml , in a dose of 7. 5 ml in 10 l water and Mavrik 2 F, 5 ml , in a dose of 5 ml in 10 l water. After finishing the treatments, the pests can be removed with a damp cloth. To increase the effectiveness of the insecticide, it is recommended to add an adjuvant such as Break Thru S 240, 2 ml , 2 ml / 10 l water to the spray solution. Also, a few days (approximately 10-12 days) after, it is recommended to apply a fertilizer to help the plant regenerate, such as Biplantol Contra X, 500 ml. More information about the care of the dipladenia plant is presented in the following article: Dipladenia, plant care and growing guide.
