Aglaonema seeds propagation
Hello, I have an Aglaonema pictum tricolor, which is almost blooming. Is it recommended to cut its flower or can i hope for future viable seeds? Is variegation transmitted through seeds, or will future plants have normal, green leaves? thank you

Hello, as presented in the article Aglaonema, plant care and growing guide, propagation can be done by dividing the bush, seedlings, or sections of stem. Seed propagation is more difficult and has certain peculiarities, as well as specific environmental conditions. Also, the characteristics of an ornamental variety are not transmitted by seeds.
